DAIY RATES

WEEKLY RATES

SERVICES INCLUDED

  • Bed linen and towels changed every 3 days
  • Water, electricity, and gas consumption
  • Firewood for the fireplace and an outdoor barbecue are available for guests

SERVICES NOT INCLUDED

  • Final cleaning: 30 euros
  • Heating / Air conditioning: 10 euros per day
  • Washing machine use: 7 euros per wash
  • "Easy Shopping" service: we do the shopping for you and have it ready in your apartment – ​​€15.

PAYMENT METHODS:

At the moment of booking
Payment of 30% of the total amount by bank transfer

 

The day of check-in
Payment of the balance in cash, debit card or credit card

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Any cancellation request must be submitted in writing by e-mail.
  • If the cancellation is made up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded. However, it may be used as a credit for a stay of the same duration, to be taken within 6 months of the original arrival date, subject to availability.
  • If the cancellation is made between 29 and 7 days before the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be retained and is non-refundable.
  • If the cancellation is made within 6 days of the scheduled arrival date, or in the event of an early departure, the full amount of the booked stay will be charged.
  • Any reduction in the length of the stay or failure to arrive (no-show) will be treated as a cancellation, and the full amount of the booked stay will be charged.
