The Facility

Agriturismo Ripaiani was created from an ancient farmhouse rich in history. In the past, this place welcomed holidaymakers who came to the area to enjoy the benefits of the iron-rich springs located along the banks of the Fersinone River.

We have chosen to preserve the original name by which this place has always been known, as it represents the deep connection with local traditions and the history of the surrounding area. After a careful restoration, the farmhouse has been brought back to life while preserving the charm of its original Umbrian architecture. Every room has been lovingly cared for down to the smallest detail, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere where guests can immediately feel at home and enjoy an authentic stay surrounded by the peace and tranquillity of the countryside.
