"Meraviglioso connubio tra "Natura e cultura"!" Abbiamo soggiornato nel periodo 20 - 27 agosto, nell´appartamento "Il Granaio". La Signora Francesca assieme al marito ci hanno accolti con tanta simpatia e attenzione. Agriturismo comodo e ideale come base per visitare le località principali (Perugia, Spello, Todi, Assisi, Spoleto, Orvieto e la cascata delle Marmore). Agriturismo dotato di ogni confort, con una bella piscina e 3 cavalli meravigliosi con i quali le nostre bimbe hanno trascorso giorni indimenticabili. Grazie alla signora Renata abbiamo mangiato dolci deliziosi, colazione ottima e abbondante. L´appartamento sempre pulito e arredato con ottimo gusto e curato nei particolari, con vista meravigliosa affacciata sulle colline umbre incontaminate, un po´ lontano dal centro con relax assicurato. L´agriturismo si trova lontano da tutti i rumori ed in mezzo alla natura e se siete alla ricerca di un posto rilassante è il luogo giusto. Perfetto per un week end romantico. Vista stupenda sulle colline umbre. Appartamenti spaziosissimi, puliti come mai trovati e arredati con molto gusto. Proprietaria disponibile e molto attenta alle nostre esigenze. Non mancherà occasione per tornare in questa oasi di pace.

I can´t thank you enough for providing such a wonderful experience for us. First, I know the initial correspondence was difficult because you were trying to accommodate all of us when the larger unit was not available for the duration of our stay. You spent a lot of time on us and we are grateful.
Your property is beautiful and you clearly put your heart and soul into Ripaiani. We also loved your horses and cats and it always warms my heart when I see how much animals are cared for and treated as part of the family. They helped make the trip more memorable for the kids.
Again, thanks for everything and we hope to see you again in the future.

Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti gli amanti della tranquillità per una vacanza a tutto relax.
Ospitalità e professionalità ne fanno una scelta sicura per le vostre vacanze.
Dimenticherete lo stress delle vostre città rimanendo immersi nella natura, l´unico suono ammesso è quello delle cicale.
Ideale anche per chi possiede un cane, il mio Birillo come i suoi padroni ci ritorneranno ben volentieri.

We had a wonderful time at ripaiani. The view is beautiful, the apartment was very good, the pool was refreshing, the horses and cats were lovely and Francesca and here family helped immediately whenever there were questions or problems ("Don´t close a door when all keys are inside"). We recommend everybody to go to ripaiani.

L´AGRITURISMO SI TROVA SU DI UNA COLLINA DALLA QUALE SI GODE UNA VISTA SPETTACOLARE ED E´ ESSO STESSO ELEGANTE E CONFORTEVOLE. SICURAMENTE DA CONSIGLIARE PER LA SENSAZIONE DI QUIETE CHE TRASMETTE. E´ UBICATO IN POSIZIONE STRATEGICA E PERMETTE DI RAGGIUNGERE AGEVOLMENTE I LUOGHI DI MAGGIOR INTERESSE DELL´UMBRIA ANCHE SE IN EFFETTI RISULTA PIUTTOSTO DECENTRATO RISPETTO AL PIU´ VICINO CENTRO ABITATO.
FRANCESCA E´ UN´OTTIMA E SIMPATICA PADRONA DI CASA E METTE A DISPOSIZIONE UNA STRUTTURA DOTATA DI OGNI CONFORT,BEN ARREDATA ED ELEGANTE.

Posto davvero incantevole. Appartamenti molto accoglienti e puliti. Siamo stati solo due giorni ma tutto è stato molto al di sopra delle nostre aspettative. Ci ripromettiamo di tornare al più presto vista la bellezza del posto e la disponibilità e professionalità della proprietaria. Posto consigliatissimo soprattutto se volete trascorrere qualche giorno di totale relax!

3 giorni di completo relax nel miglior modo immaginabile con una famiglia davvero ospitale e accogliente. Per passare alcuni giorni di rilassamento non si può scegliere posto migliore! La ns bimba 4enne gia vorrebbe tornare dopo solo mezza giornata da che siamo andati via, per dare da mangiare al cavalli... che hanno contribuito alla serenità generale. Notti calde e ristoratrici nella più totale pace e atmosfera gradevole. Ben collegato alle zone circostanti, facilmente raggiungibili. E... per dirla tutta... abbiamo mangiato davvero bene in queste zone dell´Umbria! Torneremo davvero volentieri! Grazie Agriturismo RIPAIANI!!!

The apartment Il Granaio in Migliano we were very satisfied. The complex of rural buildings are surrounded by beautiful olive orchard with views of the surrounding landscape. The location is convenient due to the distance to many places south of Perugia. Equipped apartment (2 bedrooms, living room with 1 bed, 2 bathrooms and kitchen) is suitable for 5 people. The atmosphere of the evening can be added to a fire in the fireplace. Communication with Francesca and Cristiano was very accommodating.
We look forward to another visit

Abbiamo soggiornato nell´appartamento "Il mandorlo dolce" per 4 notti. Veramente molto carino e accogliente. Siamo stati molto bene.
La posizione poi, offre un bellissimo panorama sulle colline umbre.
Sicuramente da consigliare.

Un posto incantevole in mezzo al verde. Appartamenti curatissimi e molto accoglienti. Una dolce sorpresa ci ha aperto il cuore...il caminetto acceso e un fiore...tutto perchè la proprietaria sapeva che era una sorpresa per il compleanno della mia compagna. Torneremo sicuro!

La struttura offre una ottima esposizione in posizione dominante sul territorio. Gli appartamenti sono molto confortevoli e finemente curati, ottimo luogo per rilassarsi. I proprietari sono molto disponibili e simpatici e l´ambiente offre la possibilità di socializzare con gli altri ospiti. Dall´agriturismo si raggiunge facilmente Perugia e altri luoghi interessanti da visitare. L´Umbria poi non si smentisce in fatto di ottima cucina.

We have stayed for a week at the agriturismo Ripaiani. We had a wonderful, relaxing week at the agriturismo, with Francesca as our extremely welcoming and warm host. The apartment on the second floor was a beautiful and neat place to stay, with nice view from the windows and a cosy interiour. We liked the fact that the agriturismo is not to big, which gives the place a tranguille atmosphere. The children liked the pool and the animals around the place. we also spent a lot of time cooking and making the best italian dinners!. We had a chance to meet the few other guests by the pool and spent a pizza evening together, which Francesca and her family had organized.
There is enough other things to do in the area; like the anthentic villages, a visit to Perugia or the lago trasimeno.

A truely wonderful place. A perfect location on the edge of a hill top village with great views. When we arrived in late July 2012 there was a wild boar festival which was a great welcome. We didn´t move for 2 days! The Umbrian red wine is far better than the white.
We stayed in La Cantina which is the 2 person apartment on the ground floor. Really nice and stays cool even without air conditioning due to the thick stone walls. This was during temperatures 34-38 degrees celcius.
The swimming pool area is a lovely place to relax and sunbathe. There is a covered outdoor cooking area which I was excited about as soon as I saw it. Locally they tend to cook over wood embers as opposed to charcoal. We had a great night here with a lovely couple that we met from the apartment above.
Within the village, 10 minutes walk from the apartment, there is a restuarant inside the castle walls. You must eat here.
The nearest town is Marsciano, 15 minutes drive away, which is good for all the necessary amenities. Migliano is perfect for being far away from it all yet only 20 minutes to the nearest dual carriageway to visit towns and villages.
Francesca speaks good English and is very helpful.
I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience rural Umbria.

Agriturismo is located in a beautiful scenery. It´s like being in a 360 degrees painting. Wonderful, with al the tiny little villages nearby but also bigger places such als Assisi and Perugia.
I can definitely recommend staying here. Owner Francesca will make you feel very welcome and she´ll make sure you´ll enjoy your stay with her.
We stayed in Il Focolare which is pretty much an appartement (bedroom, kitchen, bathroom) with a nice view over the swimming pool.

Struttura molto confortevole e arredata con gusto, posizione incantevole, possibilita´ di passare del tempo in piacevole compagnia (con Francesca e gli altri ospiti dell´agriturismo) o in relax, per conto proprio. Il contatto con la natura,oltre che dal paesaggio circostante, e´offerto dai cavalli residenti in uno spazio riservato loro all´interno dell´agriturismo e da una simpatica colonia di gattini affettuosi, ma anche dai ricci, dai cerbiatti, dalle oche, dagli istrici che si incontrano sorprendevolmente per la strada di notte e di giorno!Accanto all´agriturismo il davvero suggestivo castello di Migliano!Per chi volesse andare alla scoperta dell´Umbria, invece, non mancano altrettanto incantevoli posti da visitare ricchi di Storia italiana e di sapori locali!In conclusione, un posto da consigliare in estate come in inverno, in autunno come in primavera, alla ricerca di un po´ di riposo, ma anche di divertimento, alla scoperta della Natura, ma anche della Storia e dell´Arte, nell´ Agriturismo di Francesca, tenuto con dettagliata cura e ricercata ospitalita´.

In una posizione stupenda con una vista meravigliosa sulle colline umbre, abbiamo trascorso 7 giorni in completo relax. In un ambiente caldo, pulito, accogliente e molto elegante.
Grazie anche a Francesca che con la sua professionalità, sa accogliere gli ospiti con la dovuta cordialità.

Wonderful farmhouse to relax you. We went there for our 1st anniversary and everything was perfect. We found a top welcome (champagne, red roses...) and the hostess was very kind and nice. We'll come there again...for sure!

I spent there my holidays in September with my husband and my children. This is a very nice place to relax you. The children enjoyed themselves a lot diving into the swimming pool and feeding horses (there are 3!). We stayed in the apartment I Mandorli...really near to the swimming pool. We suggest you to visit Perugia and Assisi. The owner was really nice girl. We would like to go there again...and we will do hopefully next year

La cordialità e la disponibilità di Francesca sono state il primo biglietto da visita. L'appartamento - il Granaio - molto confortevole ed ampio anche per noi con due bambini piccoli (di cui uno col lettino). Camere spaziose, cucina ben accessoriata, bagni comodi (ce ne sono 2!) e puliti. La vista da qui al 1° piano è veramente splendida. Lo consigliamo!

Io e mia moglie abbiamo passato delle giornate fantastiche di svago e relax, in mezzo alla natura ed a due passi da città d'arte e borghi antichi veramente splendidi. La titolare, Francesca, si è rivelata una persona veramente gentile e disponibile. Agriturismo consigliatissimo!!!!!

This a place to really relax and unwind. Located in a small umbrian village with breath taking views of the towns , hamlets and farms of the rich agricultural land that surround you it is impossible not to feel at one with the world. Your accomodation is spacious and has all the facilities you need for self catering and entertainment whilst retaining a rustic charm. All of the agriturismo's facilities including a great swimming pool for the children ( and adults !) are maintained and cleaned to a high standard. The warmth of the welcome you receive from Francesca the owner of the agriturismo is such that you immediately feel at home.If you need help or advice she is always available; if you are an experienced traveller in Italy she is friendly and unobtrusive.
A car is essential but the pleasant town of Marsciano with well stocked shops, supermarkets and other facilities is only about 9 kms away. As for further afield well you are perfectly situated to enjoy the many delights of Umbria's beautiful countryside and stunning medieval towns and cities such as Perugia, Assisi, Spoletto and many more. Alternatively you can just indulge yourself by soaking in the beauty of your surroundings, the comfort of your holiday home and the friendliness of your those around you.
A welcoming agriturismo situated in a beautiful village location which allows you to decide the pace of your holiday whether it be with an emphasis on peace and tranquility or a desire to enjoy the sights and sounds of such a beautiful and historic region as Umbria. Enjoy ! We certainly did !

Netop hjemvendt efter 14 dage i Umbrien ma to Vi Rejser-laesere dele deres begejstring med andre Italien fans. J.K and P.A.P har haft en perfekt oplevelse med agriturismo - ferie i landlige omgivelser. De skriver: "Vi fandt en virkelig perle til en fornuftig pris...Og Umbrien? Smuk som Toscana men dog speciel og helt anderledes. Og turist- og trafikstrommen er meget. meget mindre..."

It is very hard, all of it.
Back to work, 30 C. in Copenhagen, and no pool to use or clean, and all the perfect evenings with barbercue and view. All the images of Umbria is slowly taking place in our harts. And we will honestly say, that the stay in Ripaiani was one of our happyest stayings in Italy.We can ensure you, that we will bee back, to you - and the wonderfull Umbria.
We hope that the summer will do well for your Agriturismo, and there will be lots of turist.

Very nice, very clean, very friendly. Everything is top quality. And the house keeper is a extreemly easy going person. We had a very good stay. And can only say I've you want quit and a great view. GO here. Don't forget to visit Perugia, Assisi and Spello. And Marciano ofcourse…

We found Francesca to be an excellent hostess, speaking excellent English which was very helpful. She was always willing to help with any queries we had and she supplied information for us with regards to train timetables etc. She advised us of a couple of local restaurants. We ate at Il Menestrello where we had a good meal and at Ristorante Valverde where we had an extremely good meal, both of these restaurants are very close to the acccommodation. The villa was adequately equipped and furnished for our needs. The towels were changed every Wednesday and Saturday and the bed linen changed every Saturday. We had a really lovely holiday and would advise anyone to stay there.

Ciao Francesca, just few words to say thank you for your hospitality during our stay in your agriturismo. Sarah and I really enjoyed ourselves and it was a wonderful way of relaxing. Today, at week in England, has been a real shock - bring back Umbria!
We are hoping to come back at some point in the future, Migliano and the area is so beautiful and there was so much more we wanted to explore
